Title: Director, Systems Engineering

I manage the Systems Engineering team at AMICAS. Our team provides functional and technical support for the sales force, where we help to develop opportunities into new business.

One of my favorite things about working at AMICAS is working with people who value customer success as much as I do. I also love that AMICAS fosters professional growth. I started working at AMICAS as a trainer in 2002. Since then, my managers have always encouraged and supported my professional development and provided me with the opportunity to serve the company in a variety of roles.

Title: Manager, Strategic Account Management

I've been with AMICAS for six years in a variety of roles: from manager of training to client services manager to my current role. My team is focused on learning, understanding, and interpreting the different needs of our customers and customizing a solution that meets those needs.

I enjoy working at AMICAS because of its emphasis on building strong relationships between the company and its employees - not to mention AMICAS' focus on building long term partnerships with its customers. Each day, there's an opportunity for me to make a difference within our organization — and with our customers. Finally, the "open door policy" is not a cliché at AMICAS - it's one we all practice. My door is always open and it's a powerful way for me to share ideas and gather feedback.

Position: Project Coordinator, Client Services

In managing upgrades for our RIS, PACS, and Financials solutions, I work closely with our clients and our internal resources to plan, execute, and support successful upgrades that provide the latest and greatest release software.

I really enjoy my role, since I have a direct impact on almost every facet of the company. One of the most exciting parts of my job is getting to interact with a lot of different types of people. Seeing the positive impact that I can have with clients is what keeps me engaged — every single day!

Title: Technical Support Analyst

I provide remote technical support for our AMICAS PACS customers. My role at AMICAS is very exciting since it allows me to utilize my technical abilities on a variety of platforms. Active listening is an essential part of my job - because it allows me to completely understand my customers' needs and helps to build a lasting rapport with them.

I like working at AMICAS because I'm part of a team that's very passionate about what we do. AMICAS is also very committed to providing its employees with the necessary tools and education to help us exceed our customers' expectations.

Title: Director, Program Management

My focus is on creating and maintaining an effective, cross-functional team approach to the delivery of AMICAS products and services. As our product development team introduces new software, I help ensure that each facet of our organization is ready to deploy, train, and support these new offerings. Our end goal is successful implementation and maintenance experiences for our valued customers.

I truly enjoy working with multi-faceted teams, and I'm constantly amazed at the level of enthusiasm, dedication, and integrity of my colleagues. Along with ensuring success for our customers, AMICAS continues to be a fun and exciting place to work.

I help provide technical support to the sales team and develop workflow and technical solutions for future AMICAS customers. Each and every day, I find a new challenge to take on — and a new city to see — in this role.

I've been with AMICAS for about three years now, and I can say wholeheartedly that it's been one of my very best work experiences.
